You've probably hit the 1 GB storage limit on Free. Delete some old notes to make room, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited storage.

Take notes without leaving your school platform. Your notes save to your account and are sorted by class, so they're there when you need them.
Open your notes
Click the BetterCampus icon in your browser toolbar while you're on your school platform. Your notes appear in the notes section, grouped by class.
What you can do

Smart Notes
Smart Notes uses AI to tidy up messy notes — fixing grammar, reorganizing bullets, and making them easier to read. Open any note and look for the Smart Notes option, pick how you want it cleaned up, and you'll get a version you can save or edit further.
Smart Notes is a Pro feature.
Storage
Free gives you 1 GB of notes. Pro is unlimited. If you hit the limit on Free, delete old notes or upgrade — see Free vs Pro.
