My grades aren't loading

If your grades aren't showing, start with the three quick checks below. They fix it most of the time.

Quick checks

1. Be on your school platform. BetterCampus only works there. Open your grades page or any course page.

2. Refresh. If the page didn't finish loading, BetterCampus has nothing to read.

3. Check you're signed in. If your session expired, no grades will load.

If that didn't fix it

Sign back in to your school platform the normal way, then refresh.

BetterCampus isn't turning on at all

If nothing from BetterCampus appears — not just grades — work through BetterCampus isn't showing up.

Your school's setup is unusual

A few schools customize their platform in ways that change how grades load. If grades work for some classes but not others, or your friends at the same school can see theirs and you can't:

• Try a different browser

• Clear your browser cache and reload

• Check whether your school needs you on their VPN

The feature you want needs Pro

Still not working?

1. Check BetterCampus is installed and switched on in your browser's extensions page.

2. Turn off other extensions one at a time — some clash.

3. Take a screenshot of what you're seeing.
