Create a theme

Build a theme from scratch with your own colors, fonts, card visuals, and cursors. Free lets you make 3; Pro is unlimited.

Make one

1. Click the BetterCampus icon in your browser toolbar.

2. Go to Themes.

3. Use the tabs in the theme editor to set your colors, cards, fonts, cursors, and dark mode.

4. Click + Save current to keep it, or Submit your theme to share it with everyone.

What you can change

Card visuals

Pick Use course color to match each card to its class, Solid for one color, Gradient for a blend, or Image to upload your own.

Card overlay

Choose Use course color or a Custom color.

Cursors

Set your default and pointer cursors to Default, a Solid color, or an Image. Images must be .png, .jpg, or .svg and under 5 MB.

Dark mode

Every theme carries its own dark mode style, so yours doesn't have to look like anyone else's.

Share it with the community

1. In Themes, click Submit your theme.

2. Click Show to open the form.

3. Add a Title and put your name in Created by.

4. Click Submit.

Check on it later under Themes → Submit your theme → My submissions. You'll see Approved, Pending, or Rejected.

What gets approved

• A clear title and images that are appropriate

• Something original, not a close copy of another theme

• Its own dark mode style

• Images hosted somewhere public — Discord and Gmail links don't work
