I upgraded but Pro isn't showing

If you finished checkout but BetterCampus still shows the Free plan, log out and log back in. This refreshes your account and switches Pro on.

  1. Open BetterCampus.

  2. Click your profile picture.

  3. Scroll down and click Log out.

  4. Log back in with the same account you used to upgrade.

Pro is tied to the account you paid with. Logging in with a different account still shows the Free plan.

Still on Free after logging back in? Contact us with the email you paid with and we'll fix it.
