Delete your BetterCampus account from Settings → Account. It's permanent — your themes, notes, and study sets go with it.
Deleting is permanent. We can't restore your themes, notes, or study sets afterwards. Save anything you want to keep first.
Before you delete
Stop your billing first. Otherwise you may be charged again before the deletion goes through. If you were charged in the last 3 days, use Refund + Go Free to get that payment back — see Cancel Pro or get a refund, or Manage your free trial if you're still in one.
Save your themes. Custom themes you made will be gone. Screenshot them or write down your colors.
Copy anything you need from your notes. Notes and study sets are deleted with the account.
How to delete
Sign in to BetterCampus.
Click your profile icon.
Go to Settings.
Open the Account tab.
Scroll down and click Delete, then confirm.
If there's no delete option, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account".
What happens after
Your name, email, and school details are deleted within 30 days.
Your themes, notes, study sets, and saved content are removed.
If you had Pro, the subscription is cancelled and you won't be charged again.
You can still use BetterCampus without an account for basics like browsing community themes.
