View your billing history

Need to check a past charge or find a receipt for your BetterCampus Pro subscription? Here's where to look.

Find your billing history

  1. Open your profile. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the BetterCampus extension.

  2. Go to Plan & billing. Click Plan & billing from the menu.

  3. View your history. You'll see a list of your past charges, including dates and amounts.

Get detailed receipts

BetterCampus uses Stripe to process payments. When you're charged, Stripe emails you a detailed receipt automatically.

Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder. The email will come from Stripe (not BetterCampus), so it might look different than our usual emails.

BetterCampus doesn't store your full card number — Stripe handles that securely. If you need to update your payment method, you can do that in the same Plan & billing section.

If you see a charge you don't recognize or your billing history looks incorrect, contact support and we'll help sort it out.
