Cancel your subscription

Need to cancel your BetterCampus Pro subscription? This guide walks you through it step by step.

Before you cancel

Here's what happens when you cancel:

  • You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. You won't lose access immediately — you can continue using all Pro features until your billing cycle ends.

  • You won't be charged again. After cancellation, your card won't be billed for future periods.

  • Your account switches to Free automatically. Once your billing period ends, your account will move to the Free plan, and some features will become limited.

  • You can resubscribe anytime. Changed your mind? You can upgrade back to Pro whenever you're ready.

How to cancel

  1. Log in to your BetterCampus account.

  2. Click your Profile icon.

  3. Go to Plan & billing.

  4. Click Cancel subscription.

  5. Confirm your cancellation.

What changes after your billing period ends

When your Pro access runs out, your account moves to the Free plan. Pro-only features will become limited or unavailable. This includes advanced themes, study tools, and other premium features.

Can I get a refund?

BetterCampus doesn't offer refunds for partial billing periods. You'll keep your Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle, so you can still make the most of your remaining time.

Changed your mind?

You can resubscribe to Pro anytime from your account settings under Plan & billing. All your themes, preferences, and data will still be there when you come back.
