About your courses

Each class has its own settings — its name and professor, when it meets, and how it's graded. Open a class from Courses and you get all of it in one window.

You'll reach these settings from wherever you happen to be:
Courses in Personalize
Viewing a class schedule from your Planner
Viewing a grading scale from Grades
All three open the same window, so it doesn't matter which you use — a change made from Grades shows up in your Planner straight away.

Set it up once
The fastest route is uploading the syllabus — it fills in the course info, the schedule, and the grading scale in one go. Then check each tab and fix anything it read wrong.
Doing this at the start of a term means your Planner blocks out class times correctly and your GPA is calculated against your actual school's cutoffs, all term.
Each class is separate
Classes meet at different times and are often graded differently — an AP class weighted against a standard one. Set each class up on its own.
