Work and break timers
Updated 3 weeks ago
Work for a set stretch, then take a set break. The timer tells you when to switch, so you're not deciding in the moment whether you've earned a break.
How it works
Start the timer when you sit down. It counts your work session, tells you when it's over, then counts your break. When the break ends it's time to go again.
The point is that you stop deciding. A timer you agreed with an hour ago is better at telling you to get back to work than you are.
Free vs Pro
Free uses set work and break lengths. Pro lets you choose your own — useful if the defaults are too long for you, or not long enough.

Other trinkets
Trinkets are small extras you switch on or off. Each one is independent — turn on the ones that help you.
