Breathing breaks
Updated 3 weeks ago
A short guided breathing exercise for when you've been staring at the same assignment for too long. Follow the pace on screen for a minute, then go back to it.
When to use one
Good moments: before an exam, after reading the same paragraph three times, or when a piece of work has started to feel bigger than it is.
It isn't a productivity trick. It's a minute of not thinking about the assignment, which is sometimes what gets you back into it.
Free vs Pro
Free includes breathing breaks with a limit on how many you can take. Pro is unlimited.

Other trinkets
Trinkets are small extras you switch on or off. Each one is independent — turn on the ones that help you.
Work and break timers — for structuring the whole session
