Streaks

Your streak counts how many days in a row you've kept up with your To-Do List. If your streak was lost by mistake or transferred incorrectly from Tasks for Canvas, submit a streak reset request and we'll fix it on the 1st of the month.
Turn streaks on or off
Use Streaks in the To-Do List settings. Turn it off if a broken streak does more harm than good for you.
Reset your streak
We apply streak resets once a month, on the 1st. You need an active BetterCampus account, and both Free and Pro work.
Open the streak reset form.
Enter your name, BetterCampus account email, username, current streak, and correct streak.
Submit the form.
After the 1st of the month, log out of BetterCampus and log back in to see your updated streak.
Enter your correct streak as of the day you submit. When we apply the reset on the 1st, we add the days between your submission and the reset, assuming you kept up that month.
If your streak still isn't right after you log back in, email [email protected] on the 5th of the month.
Your username usually looks like mango-08320-7f30a. Your account email is the one you sign in to BetterCampus with.
