Email settings need a BetterCampus account. If you're using the extension without one, sign up or sign in first.
Choose which emails you get
Updated 2 months ago
Control which emails BetterCampus sends you from Settings → Email. You can switch off a category or stop all of them.
Open your email settings
Open BetterCampus Settings.
Click Email in the sidebar.
What you can turn off
There are two categories, and each has its own switch:
Onboarding — getting-started tips, welcome messages, and trial reminders
Usage Quota — heads-up when you're close to a limit, like study files or theme creation
Stop all emails
Go to Settings → Email.
Turn off the master switch at the top of the page.
You can turn it back on whenever you want.
Every email we send also has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, so you can do this without signing in.
Troubleshooting
There's no Email tab in my settings
My changes won't save
Wait a moment and refresh. If it keeps failing, sign out and back in, or email [email protected].
I unsubscribed but emails are still arriving
Emails already scheduled can take up to 24 hours to stop. If they're still coming after that, email us.
