Report a bug

If something is broken, the fastest way to get it fixed is to report it through the BetterCampus extension:

  1. Click the BetterCampus icon in your browser toolbar

  2. Find the Report bug option in the menu

  3. Describe what happened and attach a screenshot if you can

  4. Submit — this goes directly to the team

What to include in your message

When emailing support, include this information so we can help faster:

  • Your Chrome version (chrome://settings/help)

  • Your school's Canvas URL

  • What you were doing when the issue happened

  • What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened

  • A screenshot if possible
